South Suburb of Chicago - Acquisition and Rehab Loan of Apartment Building

Client: A well established real estate developer and investor in the South suburbs of Chicago.

Transaction: Acquisition of a vacant apartment building that required rehab and lease up of tenants.

Challenge: Client wanted to close quick on a transaction to buy a vacant building and secure funds for purchase and rehab.
