South Suburb of Chicago- Luxury Home Acquisition and Rehab

Client: A large single family builder in the South suburbs of Chicago.

Transaction: Acquisition of a 11,000 square foot single family home in Tinley Park.

Challenge: With less than two weeks until year end, the bank (seller) wanted to close this before Christmas.

Opportunity: Sherpa Capital Group LLC was able to move quickly-within two days we quoted loan terms, visited the property, met with the investor and conducted other standard due diligence investigations.

Action: One week from the initial contact, Sherpa funded a $750,000 first mortgage loan, allowing our client to acquire this Class A single family home.  Additionally, Sherpa fiannced the rehab and improvements on the home.
